Irish knitwear designer Lainey Keogh applied her creative alchemy to her favoured medium of wool and in doing so garnered a world-wide profile and client-list, being awarded the Prix de Coeur by Christian Lacroix for her work and featuring as the “jewel in the crown” of London Fashion week. At this special event, she will be joined in conversation with Deirdre McQuillan, Irish Times fashion editor and author of seven books including a Style Guide to Dublin and a history of the Aran Sweater. Deirdre was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of Irish Designers in 2010.
