DCNYF will host a series of lectures in 2012 with key institutions across the city.

To mark the Beijing-Dublin twinning agreement which was signed earlier in 2011, the Lord Mayor has inaugurated a new annual commemorative lecture “The Lord Mayor’s Chinese New Year Lecture”.

This year the theme will be “Would a Chinatown work in Dublin?” on Wednesday 25th January, 6pm, Darc Space, 26 North Great Georges Street, Dublin 1

DCC City Architect Ali Grehan and Head of Planning at Brady Shipman Martin, Pauline Byrne, will be the main speakers at this seminar which will also include a special panel.

All lectures are free and open to all. Numbers are strictly limited and must book before Friday by emailing rsvp@cny.ie stating clearly the event you wish to attend to RSVP a place.
